Light red hey, invented in 2021 and killing it ever since. This one is light in colour and body, great with a chill. Bright crunchy red fruits up front, before delicate tannins come through. Tapering off to a refreshingly savoury finish thanks to the Marsanne. Moreish and fun. We are not talking about the name. 75% handpicked Grenache Noir from Heathcote macerated for 13 days then basket pressed to old French oak. 25% Marsanne from Sunbury slowly and gently pressed over 4 days through the basket press to stainless tank.
