Monastero Suore Cistercensi 2022 Benedic

Notes from the importer - Mattia:
50/50 Sangiovese and Ciliegiolo. The grapes are co-fermented for 15 days in fibreglass containers. Not much of this wine is made each year. The wine has a Jura style colour in the glass. Honest and simple wine. To drink chilled. Berries, herbs and citrus. Nice summer red wine or good as aperitif.
