Les Fruits 2023 Gonzo

Notes from the maker - Tim Stock:
Old vine McLaren Vale Grenache from Fi Wood in Blewitt Springs blended with young Cinsault from Wayne Ahrens. Carbonic matrimony for 3 weeks. Foot crushed and macerated for a couple of days before pressing about halfway to dryness and finished as a blend in tank before heading to large old barrels. Ferment usually takes around 6 weeks but the results are worth it.
