Le Pas Saint Martin 2021 Sous le Tilleul Rosé d'Anjou

100% Grolleau, grapes are hand harvested and crushed before being cold stabilised and clarified.
Fermentation at around 18 degrees celcius and bottled Nov 2020. Just off-dry with an intensely fruity nose of strawberry, rose petals, and subtle spiciness of black pepper. A tender and round palate with aromas of red fruits, all balanced by fresh acidity.
