A blend of Melon de Bourgogne, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, the grapes were picked in mid September and pressed to underground concrete tanks where they were fermented and aged for approximately 6 months. This beautiful lemon-green dry white is designed to be enjoyed young and offers grapefruit, gooseberry and lemon citrus aromas and flavours.
