100% Folle Blanche. Grown on the volcanic gabbro rock in the village of Gorges from 40 year old organic and biodynamic Folle Blanche vines, the grapes were hand harvested in mid September and pressed to stainless steel for fermentation by natural yeast. Wine was aged on fine lees in tank for 7 months and bottled in mid-April 2023. Fresh, nervy, mineral white with glinting green hues.
