Kamara Pure 2022 Stalisma White

Stalisma white contains 80% Malagouzia, harvested at the right time, to maintain the high acidity and aromatic intensity of the variety.
The 20% Xinomavro added gave a slightly tannic character, volume, and intensity to the body and aftertaste. The two varieties, after fermenting separately, became a blend and remained to rest in contact with the lees for 3 months. The bottling was done without filtering and the result is imposing. It has a medium(+) body with intense acidity and a subtle tannic character.
