Iolana Wine 2023 El Corazon Tempranillo

2023 organically grown, handpicked Tempranillo from Freeman Vineyards in the Hilltops region of NSW.
100% destemmed and gently worked through a slow, cold, natural ferment. The wine completed malolactic fermentation. It was aged for 12 months sur lie with one rack into stainless before bottle with no fining or filtering. A fresh and lively Tempranillo with dark, ripe fruit characteristics of cherry, blueberry, and a touch of cacao with sweet spice. Subtle oak contributes to its already plush tannin structure.
