Galmesán is an award winning cheese, similar to Parmesan.
Hand made following the technique of traditional hard cooked, long-maturing Cheese. It has a natural lactic flora obtained from the fresh milk of the local grazing cows. Gaining a fruity savoury cheese with exceptional characteristics for use in both cooking and as an everyday staple.
