Notes from Fin...
Box Grove beauties. Straight pressed Glera with Zin which spent 10 days on skins. Hand plunged. Lightly worked. We took the opportunity before a big storm to pick some Zinfandel/Primitivo, before the thin skins burst and the crop was lost. Out went the table red and in came an electric ruby pétillant naturel. Zippy acid. Crisp red apple. Raspberry , boysenberry and cranberry with profusion of bubbles.
