100% Roussanne. Still on own roots, Sarah planted the Roussanne in 1995, on the granitic soils of Tabilk. Organic fertiliser and composts are used to feed the vines and maintain healthy soils. A whole lotta of love is being put into this place, with sustainability being the central value. Hand picked. 100% Whole bunch. Carbonic Maceration. On skins for 10 days. On full ferment lees for 3 months. Fruity and floral with a mouth puckering acidity. It will keep you coming back for more..
