Elodie Balme 2021 Vin de France Rouge

60% Grenache, 30% Carignan and 10% Merlot from 20-80 year old vines from a mix of sand, limestone and gravel soils.
Hand picked and fermented by indigenous yeast for approx 10 days with one pump over per day before being pressed off to concrete vats for ageing. Very light filtration and tiny amount of sulphur at bottling. Delicate red fruits and violet florals on the nose, a fresh pretty style designed to be drunk young.
