All varieties in concrete tank as 80% whole bunches, topped up with 20% of their own direct-pressed juice for a 10 day infusion. Pressed back to concrete for ageing. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. A blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah and Carignan. Vibrant ruby in colour with bright red berries and plums on the nose. Extremely fresh and crisp, a red that can be chilled!
