Dilworth & Allain 2023 Goonawarra Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc

Made in the exact same fashion as the Chardonnay, however we did a short skin maceration prior to pressing and there is no new oak employed, just seasoned oak barrels. This Fumè style wine is bursting with aromatics such as citrus, stone fruit and a sense of stone/minerality. The palate is similar yet it is fully flavoured and has a good deal of density. It is complex but also satisfying. Quenching your thirst and increasing your appetite!
