Notes from Crusher:
A whole berry co-ferment of Cabernet Sauvignon and MMerlot with a little Cabernet Franc in the mix too. Aged in old French oak barriques resulting in soft tannins, dark chocolate and morello cherry with a hint of black olive. Named for our late cat, Macchiato. The wine equivalent of a Black Forest Cake made by your best friend for your birthday.
