An organic blend of Vermentino and Grenache Blanc.
Headlong dive into sea-sprayed refreshment. Vermentino from the sun-drenched southwestern Mediterranean shore of France made under the watchful eye of Bruno Lafon, brother of the revered Dominique Lafon of Domaine des Comtes Lafon in Meursault, Burgundy. The hand-harvested fruit is destemmed then rested in the cool of stainless steel for four months. A white for balmy nights and seafood devoured with fingers not forks.
