The wines reveal natural fruit expression from sustainable vineyards. A respectful, lo-fi winemaking approach evolves living wines with vibrant flavours. This is a dry red Lambrusco. Opulent young Lambrusco was left to naturally ferment, with gentle daily plunging, before resting in older oak to evolve its spider-silky tannin frame.
