Husband and wife duo, Alessandro Tofanari and Simona Orsini, have been producing wine in the San Giminiano area of Tuscany for over two decades.
The Trebbiano vineyards date back to 1973. Grapes were harvested at the start of October, de-stemmed and fermented in steel, with a skin contact maceration of 1 month. A small part of Vernaccia is added after fermentation, after going through a 3 days skin contact. Ageing in concrete vats, before being bottled. Fruity and floral, with some great concentration. Very well balanced.
