This is Aaron from Comme Ci Comme Ca's new project. This is Chardonnay 50% & Sauvignon Banc 50% from Pooks Hill and Magpie Springs, Adelaide Hills. Sauvignon Blanc 10 days carbonic and pressed with chardonnay for co-fermentation and bottled in spring.
