Defialy wines are always full of this beautiful life, freshness and lift and the new sparkling is an embodiment of all of these qualities.
The 60/40 breakdown of Sangiovese and Tempranillo, two grapes that when vinified using a lighter touch show so much crunch, red fruit, brimming with apple skin and subtle spices. Touch of red licorice, cranberry and blood orange. Somewhat classic notes are comforting in a wine like this, made in a more modern/ancient style. The acidity is certainly there, making the fine bead even more tantalising on the palate. Proper pet nat.
