From the Leask family’s Sand Road Vineyard. An absolutely stellar site for this variety, managed so thoughtfully and carefully with emphasis on regenerative agriculture and biodiversity. Very lucky to have a small parcel of this fruit, so we carefully tip it into an open fermenter, all whole bunches, foot trodden daily to build italian style tannins before being pressed to neutral barrels. Bottled unfined unfiltered.
