Charles Oliver 2023 Blanc

Notes straight from Charles:
A white wine created from a blend of Moonambel Sauvignon Blanc and Moonambel Chardonnay. Roughly one part chardonnay, two parts Sauvignon Blanc. A mixture of stainless and oak was used for fermentation and élevage. It shows lush aromatics of preserved lemon, with green limes. The palate is again led by citrus with a gentle touch of stonefruit. Beautiful acidity really locking in the fruit with an almost saline, crushed rock textured tannin. Imagine licking a quartz stone.. If you were a fan of the previous 2021 Vin Blanc I would highly recomend having a crack at this one.
