Crusher Wines 2023 Arcadian Rhythm

So it turns out, XXXX isn't the only Queensland wine.
Born from a love of locally sourced produce, community and experimentation, Crusher Wines is a project that aims to source the best Queensland fruit and use it to create fun, interesting and thoughtful wines made with minimal intervention. This is 50% Semi-carbonic Petit Verdot and 50% full carbonic Sangiovese. The Sangio was the colour of a Pasito can when pressed. Wild! Light spice and gentle tannin, the acidity of the Sangiovese shines through and blends with the light but full body of the Petit Verdot, resulting in this delicious and refreshing number.
