2022 Trippy Rabbit

Notes from Mark who makes the wine:
It’s all elderflowers on the nose and intense lemon, lime and grapefruit on the palate. Brilliant acid and it has a lot of length… Some people have suggested it’s almost Sancerre-ish! We learned a good lesson from the 2020 version of this wine and picked the fruit ever so slightly later in 2021 making this iteration the wine we’ve always wanted to produce… It’s my favourite white wine that we’ve made to date.
