Domaine Romaneaux-Destezet was created by Hervé Souhaut in 1993. It is located in Arlebosc, Northern Ardeche, just opposite Hermitage, in Saint Joseph. Unlike the traditional wines of Northern Rhône, Souhaut aims to make wines that can be drunk young but also age, focusing on extraction and producing a balanced tannin. He is a strict organic viticulturist and works with vines ranging from 50-100 years old. Roussanne with a touch of Viognier. A Rhône white with the trademark Souhaut finesse.
