Jean-Paul 2022 Red Pet Nat

Jean-Paul worked his first vintage in 2007 in Nuits Saint George, Burgundy.
He starting out picking grapes, but somehow ended up in the winery within a week. Notes from him - Pet Nat made my way. Malbec, and skin contact Chardonnay fermented in stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeast, bottling the wine just before the fermentation finished. The result is a dry red sparkling wine with zingy acidity, great texture, and a long finish displaying flavours of blueberries, plums and a hint of cocoa.
