Notes from Lost Falls:
The fruit for this wine was sourced from Chalmers Vineyard in northern Victoria, it was left on skins and hand plunged twice daily for two weeks. 50/50 Whole bunch / destemmed. Pressed into a 1000L fibreglass tank for 10 months before bottling. No sulphur added, wild ferment, no additions.
