2022 Gamay Syrah

Louis made a wine for us!
It's light and pretty and yum. 65% Mclaren Vale Syrah from the Petrucci vineyard and 35% Adelaide Hills Gamay from the Eureka vineyard. All hand picked. 100% whole bunch Syrah while the Gamay was saignéed as rosé. All aged in old oak. No filtration, no adds or adjustments bar a small amount of sulfur. Both vineyards are Italian style - no synthetic inputs, just copper and sulfur.
