The vine age is 85 years! Doradillo is a high cropping, high acid retaining variety. Picked early March, the boys decided to make up some different ferments this year and really push some high tone components. Result, a vibrant and typical Doradillo. Hints of nectarine, vanilla and hops, this Doradillo is the quirkiest they've made so far.
