The Riesling sees skin contact whilst the Chardonnay and Sauv are whole bunch pressed. What results is a textural masterpiece. A wine with a beginning, middle and end. Fresh zingy acidity at the start, a herbaceous and citrus filled middle and a slightly oxidative end. We cant stop drinking this. Elegant orange, or textural white? You decide. It's your life!
