Finally - more exciting wine out of Margaret River.
Notes from the makers - All Merlot, whole bunch pressed, from Margaret River, turned into a pet nat. And a ripper one at that. This is pale and pretty, delivers a big hit of rose water and white strawberry in scent and flavour. It’s incredibly saline and minerally to sip on, righteously so and right in the zone for interest and high drinkability. Bubbles are compact, tight and vibrant. Energy to burn. Good feel, good vibes.
