Calyx wine is produced and letterpress printed by Yuri Zinenko in a small shed surrounded by an acre of vines in Keilor, Melbourne.
Everything is done on site, by hand with help from friends and family. Notes from Yuri - Pressed to oak with fluffy lees. Aged in old white oak for eight months. Dry, broad strawberry muesli.
