2021 Pinq!
The Braccia Rese Project is based in Busca, on the hills of Cuneo.
Their aim is to create wines that speak of the place they are from and celebrate local varieties, such as Chatus, Neretta Cuneese, Baratuciat and Quagliano. Organic principles are followed in the vineyards and interventions in the cellar are kept to a minimum. Pet-Nat made with 100% Quagliano, a very rare grape variety found on the hill of San Martino. Spontaneous fermentation in fibreglass, with 7 days of skin maceration. Bottled the following spring for second fermentation in bottle. Lambrusco-like sparkling red. Savoury and dry.
