Tenuta Foresto 2021 La Ideale

Tenuta Foresto is located in Nizza Monferrato, and is led by Francesco Pozzobon, who is originally from Veneto.
Vineyards are organically farmed and tended to following the Fukuoka method. 40 to 50 year old vines, the Barbera ferments on skins for about 20 days in concrete tanks. Aged 8 months in neutral oak. A classic Barbera, with great weight and a nice line of acid at the end.
