This is Eric's ode to old vines Carignan that used to only be bottled in Magnum and I have not seen it's release for many years; he has added some white grapes into the mix for this rendition, and what others than Clairette and Bourboulenc to provide lightness, glide and his signature freshness and lightness. Rare and very beautiful as you would expect!
