2022 Banana Girl

Fruit from both the Central Ranges and New England.
A blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Jilly haven't made a wine like this before. The Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc was pressed, and instead of discarding the skins as normal, they fermented the wine on skins for 10 days, and then basket pressed to old barriques. A textural and driven orange wine with loads of tannin and mouthfeel. Banana on the nose, textured palette. Passionfruit Acidity.
